Supply and installation of plants for the removal of hexavalent chromium from water intended for human consumption in the province of La Spezia.
Technology used
Construction and installation of 26 plants with the following characteristics:
Filling with ion exchange resins, such as polystyrene gel, and strong anionic Type I resins selective for Chromium (VI).
Piping of the filtration systems and valves installed to allow the operation of the filters both in series and in parallel, making the most of thepotential of the systems by optimising the work of the filter beds.
