Water treatment plant for human consumption with the removal of iron, manganese, fluoride and salinity. Installed at a first reception camp in Rome.
Technology used
Thesystem consists ofa filtration section composed of four filtering units , two of which are intended for the removal of iron and manganese and two contain granular activated charcoal for the removal of chlorine that is metered via theoxidation of metals.
The filters are made of VTR and are controlled by electronic valves. This section is followed by a reverse osmosis permeator with a production rate of 10 m3/hr.
